In addition to my consultancy work, I’m an award-winning academic. I was awarded the prestigious Carnegie Trust for the Universities of Scotland Vacation Scholarship in 2024, to explore the links between digital wellbeing and Gen Z behaviour. My undergraduate thesis explored the fashion of Kylie Minogue and the ways this imapcts wellbeing within the gay community. I plan to continue my academic journey, undertaking an BPS accredited MSc Psychology of Mental Health at the University of Edinburgh in September 2025. My interdisciplinary research approach allows me to bring a fresh, evidence-based perspective to every project.
