L.Donaldson Massage hired me to help them to build their client base in Aberdeen. Lewis felt more was needed from his content, to better serve his audience. By undertaking a complete audit of his website and social media, creating new content and optimising his website for SERPS, we were able to increase engagement by 25% and conversions by 10% within two months

MEDIATING WELLBEING AMONG KYLIE MINOGUE FANS IN THE GAY COMMUNITY.

In this thesis, I delve deep into the world of Kylie Minogue, her fashion and her iconicity within the gay community to better understand how the Princess of Pop’s fashion choices serve to mediate wellbeing among her gay fan base. The project brief here, was to utilise code (html, css and java script) to create a website that would attract potential mature students to study at RGU, Aberdeen and write a report to justify design decisions. The website was then subsequently created using Adobe Dreamweaver.

I was hired to support the Australian Company, “A Wee Bit O’Scotland” to increase engagement on their socials and drive sales, both in-store and through their website. By working together to plan content through weekly discussions, and optimising the website for search, I was able to increase their exposure globally, whilst increasing sales and online engagement.

Gordon Rural Action - socials Strategy and Content.

Gordon Rural Action is a Charity, based in Huntly, Aberdeenshire; offering a range of support services. The organisation has faced challenges in developing it’s socisl media presence. As part of a University assignment for a Social Media Marketing module, I was asked to develop content and a social media strategy to optimise Gordon Rural Action’s social media presence

App Development.

The project brief here, was to design and create an app and write a report to justify design decisions. A fictional lending app called “Lendr” was created to encourage young people to borrow responsibly.

RØRY: Music and Mental Health - building a personal and cultural transformation.

Exploring the music of the singer/songwriter RØRY, this project identifies a cultural and narrative shift within the music industry. Taking the reader on a journey from the early 90’s to modern times, I use textual analysis to explore how a cultural change has emerged within indie/punk subcultures An interesting and insightful read for artists’ or those who manage them.

I have created a really easy to understand pricing structure, to suit a range budgets.

  • These projects are small, time defined and discreet pieces of work that are normally completed on an ad-hoc basis and take no-longer than 1 month to complete. Activities may include basic content creation, SEO, web/socials copy and basic web design.

    £35 per hour

  • These projects are generally larger and are more time and resource intensive. Projects at this price point do not exceed 2 months and may include a larger financial i.e. for time, subscriptions etc. Choose this option if you want commitment with a degree of the flexibility afforded by smaller projects price point.

    Price: £50 per hour

  • Choose this option if you’d like to make a large investment to your business or organisation. Large projects include more advanced web design, ongoing consultancy support exceeding 3 months and bulkier content creation projects such as filming or specialist photo shoots.

    Price: £75 per hour
